The Sudoku must be an extension of the existing own offer, it must not be the sole content of the website. There should be at least 1000 visitors per month who visit the website voluntarily.

Each website will be checked and must be approved. In the meantime, regular re-checks of the websites will be carried out. We reserve the right to reject websites at any time without giving reasons and/or to deactivate/delete user accounts.

The Sudoku is offered as it is, there are no promises or guarantees. Of course, we do our best to ensure that it works smoothly, but we exclude any liability.

Multiple Sudoku may be used on a website, but they must all be created here individually. Sudoku may be used on subdomains, but the API URL must be set up on the main website. Exceptions can be made for understandable reasons by email.

When setting up Sudoku for customers, only the time required for the setup may be charged. There are no monthly fees for the Sudoku and the customer must be added to the team so that they are aware of these rules.

The Sudoku must be visible to search engines, listable in search results and the links must be allowed to be rated.

In the case of translation errors, the german version applies.
